Israt Shoily has more than 21 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and has worked with several established and well-known organizations. She started her career in the field of Human Resources at BATA Shoe Co. Ltd. She had also worked for 10+ years for the World Bank (IBRD), HR Division. In 2009, Ms. Shoily moved to the commercial sector by joining BRAC Bank Ltd. and was heading the Department of Human Capital Development. She joined the Underprivileged Children’s Educational Program (UCEP) as Director, Human Resources in 2012, and worked for 2.5 years before moving to the US in 2014. Ms. Shoily began her journey with vTech as an HR & Admin Specialist in 2015. She is a highly motivated, self-directed Human Resources professional with extensive experience of successfully managing a Human Resources Department, Pre-& Post Recruitment process, Employee Orientation and On-boarding, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Statutory Compliance, and Grievance Management. She has extensive experience in developing and implementing HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct in the mutual interest of employers and employees.
